None of us is neurotypical

These posts are written in a straightforward manner because that is the best way to communicate with my people

Pithy, punchy expression sometimes can come off as sarcastic, especially if one is not personally familiar with the author

If you think I'm being sarcastic, 

or that the stories I tell about my family seem mean, 

try to keep in mind that any laughter, implied or otherwise, is loving

Sometimes life is so hard and so absurd and so exhausting that all you can do is joke about it
